Vantage Login & Client Area
Signing in to Vantage means two different sets of credentials: the client portal login you registered with, and the trading account number and password used inside MetaTrader.
Open Account →You sign in to the Vantage client portal with the email address used at registration, then use the separate trading account number and password inside MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. Portal credentials and terminal credentials are not the same thing, which is the most common cause of a failed login.
How to log in to Vantage
- Open the Vantage sign-in page and enter the email address you registered with.
- Enter your client portal password and complete any additional verification step.
- Inside the portal, find the trading account number you want to use.
- Open MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 and choose your account server.
- Log in to the terminal with the trading account number and its own password.
- Confirm the balance shown in the terminal matches the portal before trading.
Security & password reset
Use the reset link on the sign-in page if a password is forgotten — it is sent to the registered email address. Enable the additional verification options in your security settings, keep recovery details somewhere safe, and never share account credentials with anyone offering to trade on your behalf.
